We apologize for the difficulty you are having.
To discard already solved errors, please make sure you do the following:
- Go to your profile, click on the 'Edit profile' and scroll down to the option 'Private information'. There, enter your email, save changes, and check your email.
- Check all your email inboxes (spam, promotion inboxes), to make sure that the email with the verification link is not there.
- Wait some minutes if the verification email has nor arrived yet (it can take up to five minutes)
- If the link has arrived but it is not working, send us a video recording the screen or a screenshot of the message that comes up when you click on the link.
If any of these cases are yours, please contact Agora Help, and please provide a more detailed description of what it is happening so we can look into this matter.
