Your Credits will be added to your Agora account as soon as the purchase is completed and the charges are accepted.
You can check if you have received your Credits in the ‘Get Credits’ screen, which can be found by clicking on the icon in the top left corner of the ‘Contest’ and ‘Profile’ pages.
If you have bought Credits and you still haven’t received them, please contact Agora via Support so that we can help you.
